Trusted Trails is a travel-planning and tour-operating service based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Trusted Trails, and “you” means the user or traveller.

Every trip is tailored and confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed once we receive your advance payment, with the balance due before travel as per your confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change until a booking is confirmed, based on supplier and seasonal pricing.

Your quote lists exactly what is included and excluded. Anything not listed, such as personal expenses, airfare unless specified and optional activities, is not part of the price. Applicable government taxes and fees are as stated.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for valid identification, visas, permits and being fit for your chosen journey, especially high-altitude routes, and we recommend travel insurance. We act as an intermediary between you and suppliers such as hotels, transport, airlines and helicopter operators, and are not liable for delays, losses or events caused by them or by circumstances beyond our control.

We collect only the information you give us, such as your name, phone, email and trip preferences, to plan your trip, process payments and stay in touch. We do not sell your data, and we may contact you about your enquiry and trip by call, WhatsApp or email.

Your details are stored securely and shared only with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip. Payments are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant gateways, and we never store your card details. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
